Our Process From Your Dream, to Reality

Initial contact:

Fill in our contact form to start your journey to your custom piece of furniture or woodworking project. We will contact you via email or phone to arrange a time to visit the space where you want to place your piece. We will take measurements and begin the design phase.

The Design Phase:

With inspiration drawn from our discussions at our first meeting and through other correspondence. We will share ideas of similar themes and pieces, and then design a bespoke piece that will fit your space and be functional and beautiful. With the design agreed to we will quote off of this to give you the most accurate price possible.

The Build Phase:

We will ask for a deposit once you accept the quote and agree to work with us. We will order all the hardware and materials to complete the work and give you an estimated delivery date after we receive your deposit. We aim for a build schedule of 6-8 weeks, but this may vary depending on demand. We mill all our timbers from a rough sawn state to the dimensions we need and then start our build. We will update you on the progress of the piece as we work on it.

Delivery or Install Day:

The day has finally arrived. If the piece is free standing, we will deliver, assemble it if needed and put it exactly where you want it. If there is work to be done to install a built-in, this process may take days or weeks depending on the complexity. We will protect your space with drop sheets and clean up at the end of each day. We will work quickly and efficiently to finish the job, but also ensure a perfect result.
